RPO provides is a situation whereby GreenCollar would become an on site, managed resource centre that will oversee all contract and permanent recruitment for you. Whilst GreenCollar is a third party, you would own all the IP and the resources based on site would conduct themselves as if actual staff members of your organisation. GreenCollar’s ultimate goal would be to enhance the internal capability, reusability of candidate details and market reach of your recruitment centre.
