Our client is one of the leading Australian renewable energy companies with many thousand customers nationwide. As part of a continual growth strategy the board is looking to appoint a GM of Operations to join the leadership team.
The GM Operations will drive the implementation of the strategic operations plan across the organisation, ensure the business achieves all aspects of its performance objectives and to achieve customer satisfaction.
The company's operations include supply chain management, warehousing and logistics across Australia, consisting of a national team of in-house and contracted installers.
Reporting to the CEO, the GM of Operations will be entrusted with:
- Developing and driving process and strategy to improve service levels and standards
- Direct the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the business
- Implementing the strategic plan is across the organisation along with strategic initiatives
- Develop and implement sales forecasts and budget allocation
- Maximize the potential of financial resources by planning and streamlining processes
- Work closely with the CEO, Managing Director and Executive Leadership Team
This opportunity is suited to those with a strong Operational and Project Management track record. Successful applicants are likely to have tertiary qualifications in Business or a related field. This is a results focused position in a results orientated company. Demonstrated knowledge and experience is essential.
