Our client is one of Australia's rapidly growing renewable energy companies, committed to motivating change in the way households, businesses and organisations manage their energy resources.
We are currently looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our expanding team as a Branch/Operations Manager, to manage all aspects of warehouse and solar panel installation operations in their start-up NSW branch. This involves managing stock levels, coordinating scheduling and ensuring OH&S standards and customer satisfaction are met.
Reporting to the National Operations Manager based in Victoria, this role will involve:
- Managing Branch operations: warehousing, installations, scheduling
- Managing & developing Warehouse, Office and Installation Staff
- Liaison with suppliers, Head Office and relevant departments
- Monitoring & recording warehouse stock levels
- Operation of warehouse equipment & facilities maintenance
- Reporting as required to all relevant stakeholders
The successful applicant for this role, will most likely have:
- Previous experience managing a Branch / Warehouse
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- The ability to manage, motivate and develop a team
- Strong computer, reporting and project management skills
- Enthusiastic and can-do attitude
- Current drivers license
- Knowledge of installation process / solar power would be advantageous
